Lily

We don’t often see a fully-feathered, partially flighted Eclectus in rescue, so we are truly so glad to help Lily find her forever home.

When she first arrived at the rescue, she was overstimulated and hormonal, so we changed her environment, removed nesting material, and started desensitization training.

She has been doing really well in her foster home, and she would do best with a family with plenty of time for her.

Lily is so interested in people, and she has a bright, curious personality. Once you have earned her trust, she’ll be happy to be your sidekick.

Before applying for adoption, please do your research on Eclectus diet, behaviors, and hormonal triggers. Even if you have owned a parrot in the past, Eclectuses are different from most other species.

9 year old Eclectus female (sexually dimorphic)
